She specializes in training and consulting on issues related to trauma, ethics, human trafficking, suicidality, grief, culturally responsive care, and forensic mental health. Her professional journey includes 15 years as a Social Worker for the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services, 9 years in the Missing Persons Unit of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department, and over 3 years in private practice. In addition to her clinical work, she regularly collaborates with federal and state grantees, child advocacy centers, non-profits, and national organizations.
